In the name of GMX Motorsports Management we would like to extend our apologies the situation as you described hasn’t happen before to any of our customers and we truly regret it ever did. We have been in business for over 10 years and are always able to fix issue as you have described, as long as your truck was in good condition to start with we work under the understanding that our customers know that all the products we sell are aftermarket made to fit and we are not a repair base auto shop. All of our installers have years of experience and have work on cars similar to yours on a daily basis. Again, do accept our apologies and know that as a business we offer a 3 month warranty on most of products and all of our work. In any case do keep in mind that all products we sell are brand new and never been used if any defects are present when we open the boxes our costumer have the right to ask for a different product.

Very bad customer service.i came in to change my lights,front and back as well as my front grill on my 2010 chevy silverado and made the deal with saul. The grill has a gap between the light and the grill saul said that's the way it is Wow that would have been nice to know upfront so i could have said no i dont want the grill.then the back tail light installed was sticking out and not flush to the body like the old one:( the installers didn't care as well as saul they said that's the best we can do what! I thought it was professional installation i guess not they gave me the bill and were quick to collect the money that they are good at. I went home saw a video you tube video and fixed it myself $900.00 dollars spent and very unsatisfied do not recommend their services very unprofessional.
