2. Use of the Platform
- Search and discover local businesses
- Submit honest reviews based on real personal experience
- Claim and manage your business listing as the verified owner
- Create an account to save favorites and track activity
3. Prohibited Behavior
- Submitting fake, paid, or incentivized reviews
- Spam, harassment, or abusive content toward businesses or users
- Automated scraping or data harvesting without written permission
- Impersonating businesses, users, or LocalRadar Pro staff
- Attempting to manipulate search rankings or ratings
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on LocalRadar Pro is owned by LocalRadar Pro. User-submitted content remains yours but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy of business information, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
LocalRadar Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
