My central a/c unit broke last week and i was told by one company that i need to replace it with a new unit. I decided to call West Coast Chief Repair for second opinion. When i called the operator was very polite and very efficient. He took all the required information and scheduled a service appointment the same day. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within 30 min and ordered all the required parts right away. Next day my a/c unit was fixed and I paid 1/3 of what i would have paid for a new unit. I am very satisfied with the service i obtained from West Coast Chief Repair. I loved the prices, the professionalism, and the efficiency of the work.

I can't say enough good things about West Coast Chief Repair- I had a tricky central air conditioning problem in my townhome, and it was fixed quickly and perfectly by their tech Leo, whom I have nothing but praise for.If you have anything in your home that needs fixing, call these folks and you can consider the problem fixes.

The A/C repair guy just left my house. My A/C was fixed within three hours of calling for an appointment. They were friendly, prompt, and only charged 65 dollars for a Saturday visit and repair. I would use them again.

Very hot here in the valley, never mind the fact that our AC compressor went kaput on us last week. I googled for an AC repair company and West Coast Chief Repair comes up so I gave them a chance. They came within a reasonable time, had to replace one pretty important part and we were good to go. They did what they said they were going to do and that's that. Nice and cool again.

If I can give this place "0" stars I would. Perhaps the worst customer service I've experienced in business. They sent a technician twice to our house to repair my mobile air conditioning unit. The first time, they found nothing wrong with the unit "not cooling". So the 2nd time they finally realized that it was not cooling so they took the unit and said that it would be repaired and brought back within 3 days. Well, it's been 2 1/2 weeks and several run-arounds later... I am still waiting for the unit. Good luck talking to a manager, they're just as unhelpful as everyone else. The only thing he could say was "the parts department is closed... call back next week... we don't have the parts... please call back." Well, I've been calling back as instructed and I keep being told that it will be another week because the parts department is closed". Save yourself the money and stress.
